Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened consumable items (such as dental care products) can only be returned if defective.
